ABOUT US

Zero A Day was created to fight back against suicide — born from the veteran community, but built for everyone who refuses to give up.

This brand wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built from lived experience. From hard conversations. From dark humor. From long nights. From the reality that too many people feel forgotten once the uniform comes off… or when life gets heavy.

As a veteran, I understand that some battles don’t end when service does. But I also know this — struggle doesn’t wear a uniform.

Zero A Day stands for every veteran who’s struggled in silence.

And for every person who’s ever been told to “be strong” while breaking inside.

Mental health impacts more than one community. It impacts families. Entrepreneurs. First responders. Parents. Athletes. Students. The friend who smiles in public and fights alone at night.

We believe awareness matters — but action matters more.

Our apparel is more than clothing. It’s a statement. A reminder. A conversation starter. Some designs are gritty. Some are subtle. Some use dark humor. Some hit straight in the chest. That’s intentional — because neither people nor pain are one-dimensional.

Zero A Day exists to:
• Break the stigma around mental health
• Honor the realities of service, trauma, resilience, and survival
• Support initiatives that create real impact
• Build a community where no one feels alone in their fight

We don’t sugarcoat the issue.

We don’t avoid uncomfortable truths.

And we don’t pretend this is simple.

This started with veterans.

It now stands for anyone choosing to stay.

Until no one feels like suicide is the only option.

Until hopelessness loses its grip.

Until it’s Zero A Day.
